Tee Vision Printing
Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 11, 2026
This policy describes how the TVP Business Logger Chrome extension and companion web app collect and use information for Tee Vision Printing employees.
Who this is for
The product is a private internal tool for company Google Workspace accounts on the @teevisionprinting.com domain. It is not intended for the general public.
Information we collect
- Account identity - Google account email, name, and Google user id used to sign in.
- Activity logs - activity type (sales, expense, or call), optional title, notes you enter, and timestamps.
- Website context - URL, page title, and domain of the browser tab active when you open the logger (captured to document where the activity happened).
- Screenshots - optional images you choose to capture; stored in company Dropbox with a reference saved in our database.
- Audit events - create, update, and delete actions on activity logs for accountability.
How we use information
Data is used only to record and review internal business activity (sales, expenses, and calls) for Tee Vision Printing operations. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Where data is stored
- Activity and account records: Supabase (PostgreSQL) operated for the company.
- Screenshot files: Dropbox under company-controlled storage.
- API hosting: Vercel.
Secrets (Dropbox tokens, database service keys, Google client secret) stay on the server. They are never shipped inside the Chrome extension.
Access control
Sign-in requires a Google Workspace account on the allowed company domain. Employees can view and manage their own logs through the extension and web app. Broader review access is limited to authorized company systems.
Permissions in the Chrome extension
The extension requests browser permissions only to open its side panel, read the active tab URL/title, store your signed-in session locally, sign in with Google, capture optional screenshots, and communicate with the company API.
Photo summaries
On the company web dashboard, authorized users may run free on-device OCR (Tesseract) on activity screenshots to extract visible text such as amounts and references. Extracted text is stored with the activity record. No paid third-party AI API is used for this.
Retention
Activity data is retained for internal business records until deleted by the employee or by company administrators according to internal policy.
